An amazing little hotel! It's so beautiful everywhere you walk. The plants are stunning. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food was very good but do bear in mind it's a very small hotel so there isn't a masses of choice that you could be used to, but good quality, good food. BBQ night was a particular highlight for us. We paid for 2 half board dinners at €120 for 4 people, which included drinks is such good value. Building work is still ongoing, and depending upon where your room is, it could be a problem for some. We recently stayed at Oasis Lanz Beach Mate as a family of four and overall had a good experience. The hotel has a very quiet and chilled atmosphere, which made for a relaxing holiday. The heated pools were a highlight—clean, warm, and perfect for both adults and kids. Our room was spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to unwind. We had bed and breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was consistently good with a decent variety of fresh options each morning. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on two occasions. The first night was great, with good food and attentive service. Unfortunately, the second night—which was a BBQ-themed dinner—was disappointing. We sat down at 8:20 pm, only to find that most of the BBQ food had already run out. It felt like the staff were in a rush to wrap things up, and by 9:20 pm the restaurant was in full shutdown mode, with staff taking away food and cleaning down equipment. It didn’t feel like the relaxed dining experience we had hoped for, especially on a Saturday night. One particularly disappointing aspect of our stay was the missed opportunity to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday. I had emailed the hotel in advance to let them know about the special occasion, and received a reply assuring us that something would be arranged for him in the room. Sadly, nothing was done—no card, no small treat, not even a note. That kind of broken promise leaves a bad impression, especially when it involves a child’s birthday. Another thing to be aware of is the ongoing building work at the hotel. We weren’t made aware of this in advance, and while it didn’t completely ruin our stay, it did detract from the overall experience. The hotel should be more transparent with guests about construction work so that people can make an informed choice before booking. All in all, Oasis Lanz Beach Mate has a lot of potential—it’s clean, well located, and has great pools and a laid-back vibe. But there are a few key areas, like communication and guest experience, where the hotel could really improve. We’d consider coming back in the future, but only if these issues are addressed.

Right from the start, a nice smooth, fast check-in with concise information on all the hotel facilities (juan). Room spacious and clean. Restaurant well run all staff very efficient and helpful specially Cipri (hope that is spelt correctly). Didn't get any bad meals, lots of choice including meat cooked to order. There is building work being carried out, but it was not loud and didn't bother us or spoil our holiday and we were at the side where the work is being carried out. Overall a very relaxing free and easy do what you want when you want as there's no animation/kids club running round. Close to the beaches ( Jablilo playa is great for snorkeling). Main shop's are literally across the street. A big thank you to all the team will definitely be returning

Nomadi Chum

The location is very convenient as it is central but far away enough and quiet from the bars and buzz. This ambiance of this resort is more intimate and not overpowering as its buildings are 2-3 stories tall only in a clean, modern design, enclosing gardens and 2 pools. Check-in is efficient and staff/hotel do try to please. In terms of food, breakfasts and dinners were top. My only disappointment is the heated pools, which are not heated enough for my taste.

Could fault nothing at this wonderful hotel, the room was huge and very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful, location very close to beaches, shops, restaurants and all amenities. Food fabulous masses of choice and excellent quality. Pool and all public areas immaculately clean and well maintained. We will be back.
