We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package.
I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience.
- The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool.
- food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet.
The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment.
Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible.
- The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails.
- Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar.
Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life.
It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away.
The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s.
The whole hotel was decorated and stunning.
The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious.
The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted.
We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night.
The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic.
Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

For second year I am celebrating my birthday in Cooks Club hotels. Last year we were in Rhodes. Absolute perfection. Rooms are spotless, people working there are always smiling, food is very delicious and coming after one blink of the eyes. Definitely going to visit all hotels.

Cooks Club Corfu – Honest Review
If you're considering staying at Cooks Club Corfu, here’s a transparent breakdown of what you can expect, especially if you're coming for the "all-inclusive" experience.
Rooms & Facilities
The rooms are extremely small for three people, with very limited privacy and barely enough space to move around. The beds are uncomfortably hard, and basic amenities are lacking. For example, the fridge only contains bottled water, with no soft drinks or refreshments, which is surprising for an all-inclusive setup.
Service & Staff
Unfortunately, service standards are well below expectations. Staff, especially bartenders, often appeared untrained or uninterested. Lipstick and hair on glassware were a common issue. On more than one occasion, guests were handed bottles and told to serve themselves. Bartenders clearly didn’t want to be there, and the bar queues were long, with only two staff covering the crowd.
There was also inconsistency in drink service. Sometimes we were allowed to order only two drinks at a time, while other times we could order more. One particularly odd moment was when a guest relations staff member approached us by the pool just to inform us we weren’t allowed a bottle, despite having just been handed it by the bar. The lack of clear, consistent rules was frustrating.
The general manager seemed to have no authority or control over how the hotel was run. A reservation at the restaurant was forgotten altogether. Even smaller touches were off. The moment I stood up to leave, a staff member suddenly decided to ask if we wanted a table for three, which felt more like reactive service than proactive hospitality. The entertainment system was another disaster, with malfunctioning speakers blasting distorted sound that was physically painful.
Food & Dining
This was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. If you arrive late, you’ll be handed a random wrap with no regard for allergies or dietary needs. And if you do have allergies, good luck. The staff didn’t know what was in the food and there were no safe alternatives offered. Cross-contamination was visibly evident, with shared utensils resting on top of food, which is unacceptable by any hygiene standard.
Lunch and dinner aren't buffet-style. You’re expected to queue 15 to 20 minutes for basic, bland food like dry chips, pasta, burgers, and pizza. Gluten-free options were laughable, just stale bread and salad. The few attempts at more sophisticated dishes, like squid or chicken, were either burnt or undercooked. Fish wasn't fresh and clearly off at times. Unsurprisingly, guests were frequently bloated or uncomfortable after meals, and many ended up buying food from outside the hotel, which says a lot.
Also, there's no food available after dinner. If you miss dinner, there's nothing except that one random wrap. For an all-inclusive resort, this is not only inconvenient but a complete miss.
Atmosphere & Entertainment
The overall vibe is very flat. If you're looking for an energetic, social holiday with good music and entertainment, this isn't it. There’s very little atmosphere, and the hotel does not deliver on the promise of a vibrant or lively stay. The bar closes at 1 AM, but the all-inclusive drinks stop at midnight, which feels like a corner cut for no reason.
There’s no greeting when entering the restaurant and no drink service at breakfast. You have to stand and serve yourself. The entire guest experience feels transactional and disinterested rather than welcoming or service-oriented.
Final Thoughts
Cooks Club Corfu has potential, but it’s clear the focus has shifted toward aesthetics over substance. It’s not accessible, not guest-focused, and has overlooked the basics of what an all-inclusive should be: comfort, consistency, and hospitality. If you value good food, warm service, and a genuinely relaxing or vibrant environment, this is not the place. You’re better off choosing another resort that understands what “all-inclusive” truly means and how to treat guests with care.

Hotel looks GREAT, but reality is, it’s instagrammable but not great.
Food is poor / average. Menus sound great, but reality is most things either in the snack bar or main restaurant were pretty poor.
Sun loungers super uncomfortable.
No AC in the hotel rooms. Walls super thin so can hear your neighbour speaking / watching TV.
Service and staff nice. Pool was nice. Gym was ok, but again no AC. Electricity would fail and turn off cardio kit. Wasn’t ideal.
Overall, the pictures were great and sold it
To us but I wouldn’t go back to the hotel in Corfu. Overall 4/10
