Bar service was top tier! However there needs to be more sun beds and people not to reserve before the pool opens. The restaurant we rarely had someone greet us and show us to a table. However this being said this hotel has been fantastic and I will definitely return!! Star prestige was the added extra that made a lot of difference. It was nice to relax without children. However we did see children wondering round with their parents which does not seem right as it’s adults only!! Wristbands should be checked to ensure only stat prestige people are in this area. Staff were kind and very lovely. But the stat prestige plane staff outdid themselves every time!!

Great hotel, very friendly staff both at meal time & the bar staff at the pool. (Adults only side)
The only reason I put four stars for service is, they bring special drinking out by the pool every morning & only bring very limited amount out so most of the time you never get one or offered one.
Also they very rarely collect glasses when people have finished so sometimes with the wind they get blown about.
Nice walks along the seafront & not far to walk to other bars on the seafront.
Overall great hotel & would come back.

I genuinely had a very poor guest experience at this Hotel and struggle to see how this is rated 5 stars. Upon arrival we were hounded by check in to upgrade to full board as 'I had been been upgraded to a family suite'. They also took our passports for 10 minutes which from a security viewpoint concerned me. The member of staff could see myself and my son were exhausted, yet repeatedly tried to 'upsell' us to spend more money. Room overlooked the pool and we had no idea they would be playing loud music by the pool most nights until 11pm; if we did I would not have booked. TV did not work in the bedroom, wooden table was split, no instructions as to how to use TV or safe (Safe had buttons missing so had to guess). Breakfast was mediocre, cooked food was bland but pastries and croissants were nice. Cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful and restaurant staff were good. Location of the hotel was excellent, about a 15 minute walk into Playa Blanca Town. When we checked out the Lady at Reception simply took our keys, clicked on her computer and walked away....didn't even ask how our stay was. It appears this is a Hotel of 2 halves and all the attention is given to the customers who take the prestige adults only upgrades. Poor overall experience from reception, dated hotel but great location.

At the end of a simply wonderful stay, our 5th visit. The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday. Located right on the sea front the rooms mostly all have sea views with limited to zero noise other than the gentle lapping of the waves on the shore. The best way imaginable to be woken in the morning.
We’ve always treated ourselves to a Star Prestige room which means adults only. The package comes with its own adult pool and heated jacuzzi which fits I’m sure 20 plus.
The food is amongst the best I’ve eaten on holiday with a wide choice which should cater to everyone’s needs. There is a wide selection of wines included with all inclusive and they are all way too drinkable. If you like sparkling wines Frixinet is the order of the day which retails around £7-8 in the UK so again nothing cheap and nasty. Getting back to the food. If you want steak every night, no problem it is available and cooked just as you like it. There is also a wide selection of fish again cooked just as you like it. Lobster and oysters are also likely to feature on at least one night during a week long break. Breakfast, lunch, dinner I could rave on about so needless to say we enjoyed everything.
As for the staff well frankly they cannot do enough for their guests. Everyone we encountered was a credit to themselves and the hotel. I am just sorry I cannot remember all your names but thanks for a wonderful holiday. Special shout out to Jan in the pool bar. This guy and frankly all the team make for an amazing holiday. They put everyone at ease and also make a cocktail just like it should be. They are worth the admission fee alone. Thanks to Ester also for her energy and fun. The yoga sessions were great.
I really have nothing negative to note. Some people complained about the pool temperature and I think the air con takes a rest in the small hours but neither was really of note for us. The rooms are spotless and the cooling just fine.
Keep up the great work and hope to return again soon.

Fab time in star prestige, I recommend upgrading to this level. A huge bathroom with 2 showers, very helpful staff especially Johanna and Darwin. Both deserve promotion! The food is good, good variety and some gluten free options. Night time entertainment is a bit samey, but all good!
