We really enjoy our stay. The Roomservice did an amazing job. Espacially Namaraj phöe la hnin yu ram raju helped us alot and keept our room clean allday long. Thank you very much. Our Family had alot of fun in the pools and at the beach. Kingsley at the kidspool entertained us and the Kids alot. He was always friendly and kind. We liked that Everything was clean all the time. We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for families-close to everything, yet peaceful at night. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We loved our experience at hotel, it is best holiday for children. We also loved how they cleaned the rooms, had attentions to detail on every corner. The pools were amazing but there were not enough sunbeds so you will need to get there earlier. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had. The hash browns were to die for. All in all it was a lovely experience.

I want to express my great gratitude to the staff of the Centara, Tap Bahadur and Chandra hotel for their impeccable work and attentive attitude to the guests! Thanks to their efforts, my room always shone with cleanliness, and every detail - from a perfectly tugged bed to neatly laid out towels - created a feeling of comfort and care. Tap Bahadur and Chandra showed not only professionalism, but also sincere benevolence. They always smiled friendly, wondered if everything was convenient for me, and immediately responded to any requests. I remember how they delicately left small pleasant surprises - for example, towel figurines or fresh flowers in a vase. It made my stay at the hotel really special. Their work did not go unnoticed: thanks to such a coordinated work of the cleaning team, the atmosphere in Centara is filled with warmth and hospitality. Great resort, very safe for kids, a lot of lifeguards everywhere, Abu in particular very nice. Would appreciate if there are no kids in adults only swimming stripe. Lifeguards vere a bit too relaxed to watch out this rule. Great food especially the argentinian grill place. The surroundings are full of construction however it takes a short taxi ride to get to the city. Overall recommended fot a family vacation

Overall a great hotel. Rooms and amenities were good. Only downfall was the spare bed (if staying in a triple) in the room was like sleeping on foundation setting. Breakfast served was buffet style, lots of options different each day, they will cook fresh if you ask. Lots of different bars, clubs, pubs within the hotel. Can be very loud at night sometimes, might be worth asking to sleep a few floors higher. Rooftop pool does the job, gym facilities are good also with changing rooms and baggage hold if checking out early. Sauna was the only thing that didn’t work. Staff are always on hand to help, room service 24/7, and very friendly.

Didn’t stay at hotel but I used the bar. The service was amazing. Plenty of staff and everyone seems happy to be there. Taken to a table quickly. Team very tentative and the food is extremely good for bar food. I had a burger which was outstanding. My friend had the sausage and bacon burger that was amazing also. Good vibe and even better when the live music kicks in. For sure a must to start your night off.

very friendly staff. girls at the reception Hanna and Mona are ready to help you. some staff speak Russian. the hotel is very clean. good rooms, cleaning every day. swimming pool with warm water. varied breakfasts. 10 minutes walk to the beach. many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Many thanks for the fantastic room, the view is wonderful! The service is great and friendly, the breakfast and dinner are very rich. Location is perfect in the heart of Marina, beach is 15 minutes, roof pool is very nice.

I had a great stay at Marina Byblos Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Dubai Marina and a stones throw away from JBR, making it easy to explore the area, access public transport, and enjoy the nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, including the rooftop pool, which was a great spot to relax. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay in Dubai Marina.

Perfect place to spend quality time relaxing. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable, cleaned daily, and with amazing views. The restaurants are unbelievably good and the food quality is superb! The pool options are good and the bars are nearby and with great and fast service. The staff overall is very friendly and attentive. For the aviation geeks: be ready to see many planes flying over you every day. For the non geeks: you may find some periods of the day to be too noisy given the proximity to the airport. Overall, deserves 5 stars. One thing that could be implemented to increase guests comfort is bar service delivery on the beach.

Best part of the hotel is the food, good variety and numerous live cooking stations to ensure food was hot. The staff were also attentive and always willing to help guests. Location wise, it’s a little remote as an early adopter of Dubai Island whilst significant construction takes place around the area. Usual issue with guests laying their towels on the sun beds in the morning and not using them for hours. Would recommend for those looking for relaxing stay at a resort with/without kids

We really liked the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Any problem or wish we had was resolved immediately. The food was excellent. Neither construction noise nor the sound of airplanes penetrated the room with a direct view of the sea. We were very satisfied. We will definitely come back here.

Our stay at Riu Dubai was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. We had a serious issue with our booking and weren’t even allowed to enter the hotel at first, and instead of helping us resolve the problem, the management refused to refund our money. It felt like they just didn’t care. What made things even worse was the behavior of someone named Maria, who claimed to be a manager. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. During our stay, she approached us while we were trying to eat and caused a scene for no reason at all. It was humiliating, and we couldn’t even enjoy a peaceful meal. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Dubai and never had such a bad experience. The staff made us feel completely unwelcome, and it’s clear they have no idea what customer service means. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful experience. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.

The Hotel Riu Dubai met our expectations completely. The buffet, both for breakfast and lunch or dinner, is very complete with a variety of dishes and options for all tastes. The hotel is quite large and has more than one swimming pool for use. There is also a specific area for children to play. The room was always clean and the minibar was stocked every 2 days. The staff at reception and in the restaurant always treated us very well and were very polite. In short, it met our expectations. We hope to be able to return one day. 100% recommended!

This hotel is amazing, all the staff have been very good with the children. Rooms are VERY NICE, can order room service anytime of the night. Rosalie is a credit to this hotel and the chef is very helpful for someone like me being so fussy with food and will do anything to accommodate this situation. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. Food was excellent throughout our stay. Room was more than adequate, great shower and aircon. Wonderful nights sleep every night and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. The pool on the roof was immaculately kept and we were looked after mostly by MJ who was exceptional and really couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely thoroughly recommend 👌

Nice, modern hotel in a great location near Marina Walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was good but not very personalized. Breakfast had variety but gets crowded. Rooftop pool and views were a highlight. Good value overall, but not super luxurious.

The hotel offers great value for money, super friendly staff, very clean, nice rooms. Taxi's in front of the hotel, limousine service available. The restaurants are okay, nothing really special, the food is good. 5 stars for the conbination of everything. Overall it is really affordable for a family stay.

The First Collection hotel is quite luxurious. Lots of bellhops going in and out. Luxury cars in front of the hotel. Lots of taxis waiting for guests. However, there is room for improvement. Shabby swivel chair, after showering in the bathtub water flows onto the floor even if you are careful. The floor is then wet. Cold water is practically impossible. Be careful with boiling water. I literally burned myself twice and had blisters. The sliding doors to the balcony do not seal well. You can hear a lot of noise from outside, especially cars in the evening and all night. The hotel has a small outdoor heated pool. It gets crowded when it's sunny. There's no changing room, which means you have to go down to the spa or to your room in your wet swimsuit. In February, when the temperature is around 18 degrees, you'll get a cold in your kidneys. There are no bathrobes in the rooms and we didn't bring any from home. There's a gym on the 2nd floor and it's great. The hotel has 2 restaurants. Aloro, where you can choose from buffets, and Blacksmith with a big TV screen for football fans. The food is good and fresh. The hotel has its own nice beach club on Soluna Beach on the Palm Jumeirah. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Food in a great Greek restaurant. The hotel is on the western edge of the Marina, which means that behind it there are only large factories.

Perfect staff helping and caring for everything. Had a misunderstood about the room I booked but the manager of the shift mr. Akaf took care of it perfectly. The location is beyond perfect, dubai marina is the best for tourists in dubai, you can go to a lot of places in foot and also use a taxi for somewhere more far for very cheap payment. Everything you need very near, supermarket, liquor store, places to eat, pharmacy and a lot of beautiful stuff to see. Coming back here on my next trip for sure!

I had an amazing stay at JA Ocean View Hotel in JBR, and I want to give a special shoutout to Francis, who truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always friendly, attentive, and had a great attitude. Whether we had questions, special requests, or just needed some help – Francis was always there with a smile and made sure we felt taken care of. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right on the JBR Walk, with stunning ocean views from nearly every room. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool area was great, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The whole staff was very welcoming and professional. Huge thanks to the entire team – and especially to Francis for his outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

From the minute we arrived at the JA Ocean View hotel nothing was too much trouble! The staff on all shifts was helpful, professional, they all went that extra mile. Vikram the concierge always greeted guests with a smile and couldn’t do enough to help. Diana Greek restaurant, she too was so helpful and has the most beautiful personality. SIMARJIT, house keeping, kept our room spotless, he worked tirelessly and always had a smile a “good morning” when he seen us. ALWYN the JEWELLER located in the hotel lobby, is a life saver, I couldn’t remove a ring from my finger, he persevered and eventually managed to remove it, he’s a super star. The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are big with huge beds. The balcony overlooking the sea was a real bonus. We went half board, we had a choice of 3 restaurants to choose from. Food is excellent and plentiful, the hotel caters for all nationalities. The food is very fresh and cooked to perfection. I honestly cannot fault this hotel, by far the best we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot over the years but nothing compares to the JA Ocean View. The hotels location is perfect, for the beach, shops and local transportation, all within minutes from the hotel. We will be back to stay again in 2026, we can’t wait. Thank you all for making our holiday so happy and stressful free.

Pros: Stayed at this hotel for a holiday. The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful. However, since we were with four people, I expected a larger room. Cons: Security was very rude, breakfast lacked variety, and the pool was always too crowded, so we were forced to go to the beach instead. Last year I stayed at the neighboring hotel, Amwaj Rotana, and had a much better experience there. It definitely didn’t feel like a 5star hotel

Then the concierge and the valet team were also incredible. I just wished I learnt all their names but they made my whole experience incredible including bilawal

Just like the say Umer who was at reception when we got there was truly wonderful at accommodating our needs. He managed to get us checked in by 9.30am at no extra charge. He was so polite. And at the me of the stay mohsin helped us greatly in getting our luggage sorted and then arranging safely the return of our hired vehicle. These well mannered individuals is what makes a place not just exist but thrive.
